John Padilla Plumbing, Sewer and Drains

Great service was given by Alejandro M. he checked all of our drains and helped to clean them out, checked water pressure, and tested our water quality. He was very professional, on feb 16th, he deserves 5 stars! We were so impressed, that we scheduled an appointment for my parents and another unit the following week, expecting the same service. The day of they canceled both appointments a few hours before the scheduled time. With no apologies or any kind of customer service . How can a company not have any technician in a five hour window, for a 1hr inspection? They did not seem to care, gave me another date and said take it or leave it…. Way below my expectations of customer service! I wonder if their $88 drain inspection special was to gain new customers, but pushed to the side for a larger plumbing job?

John Padilla plumbing is so great. This is the second time they’ve helped me out. The plumber assigned to this case was Christopher D to address a leak from an angle stop valve. Christopher arrived at the proposed time and provided a heads up call before heading my way. He was very courteous and just had a wonderful attitude and was ready to help me out. Christopher worked efficiently and did an excellent job. Made sure everything was dry before leaving and even checked on my water pressure to make sure that everything else is working well. Team members like Christopher is truly an asset to making John Padilla Plumbing my go to. Thanks Christopher D, you made my weekend. Couldn’t have asked for better service.
