Love my new unit. Definitely a worthy investment in this temperamental weather. The Boothes team was knowledgeable, arrived next day and completed the full install in a few hours. Everything was cleaned up and confirmed as working. 100% would recommend for HVAC needs.

The pipe for our outdoor water burst while turning it on for the first time after winter. It was a little difficult reaching someone at Boothe’s the first time I called. It wasn’t until I dialed a different number that I reached their call center. Then things were on track. Information intake was short and simple. I received a call back within 20 minutes and a technician arrived about an hour later. He (Trey Carrol) was polite and respectful of our home. He explained things thoroughly and solved our issue that day. Thank you so much.

Khalil was very professional, polite, and neat. He never hesitated to answer our questions completely to our satisfaction. He was extremely knowledgeable and had the faucet replaced in close to 30 minutes after he started. Our dog, which is sometimes leery of strangers accepted him quickly. Of course him patting the dog on the head didn't hurt, either. Excellent person to deal with. I wish some of our neighbors were more like him. GREAT JOB, KHALIL, we couldn't have expected better service. I'm considering a backup generator installation in the future and may be calling for an estimate.

Theo was, my tech. He was great. He was personable, engaging, thoughtful and most of all knowledgeable. After quick introductions he went right to work. He found some issues with the power to the fan and outside unit. Once corrected the oil burner worked correctly. He also chabged the fuel oil filter, something no one would touch. Waiting on a little warmer temps for the heat pump. Booths had a much different diagnosis than another company that wanted to charge me for what now seems like unneeded repairs. Ill be canceling my service with the other providers. Going with Boothe"s.

Our technician (Chris Leizear) showed up on time, explained what he was there to do and asked if we had any questions. Chris kept us informed throughout the service and repair. Chris was able to do the maintenance and service repair both. Usually it’s-a separate tech for each. He inspected and installed new filters as well as installed a new coil temp sensor. We thought that a new appointment was going to be needed for the install, but Chris had his parts guy come out and deliver the part while Chris was finishing the maintenance. Chris explained the different phases of the UV Germicidal Air Purifier and the different price packages. As usual, Top notch service by Boothes Heating, Air and Electric! If you’re not using Boothes for your Heating and Air needs, then you’re just flushing your hard earned money. A solid 5 stars! If I could go higher, I would!!
