Everyone I talked to was absolutely amazing! Lisa and Kelly explained everything extremely well and were fast getting me all the different quotes, with the end result of saving me $100 on my car insurance! I can't thank them enough and highly recommend trying them out, you won't regret it!

I had no clue what coverage I needed when I started my business. Found this insurance agent through a friend and they really took care of me. They walked me through all the options without tryin to confuse or upsell me. Explained the difference between liability, property, all that stuff in a way that made sense. Got me a solid policy that fit my budget and even helped me switch my auto and renters insurance too. The process was smooth and they answered all my questions without making me feel dumb. Only downside was I had to follow up once to get the documents sent, but it wasn’t a big deal. If you want someone that actually helps and doesn’t just try to sell you whatever, this is the person to call. Good service, friendly, and saved me money. I’m sticking with them from now on.

Tracy Warren with JJ Insurance is incredibly communicative and was there when we had some fairly questionable owner claims that were to not include the HOA. She assisted in coordinating with insurance and provided much needed information. Thank you so much to JJ Insurance and Tracy Warren!

I have never been so excited about insurance before!! Kelly is the most accommodating, fun and thoughtful broker I have ever met. She somehow helped get my insurance rate down substantially while improving my coverage. I now pay only 30% of what I was paying previously and unlike before, I really feel like I know what I am paying for. Kelly explained my coverage so well and she is always so easy to get a hold of when I have any questions about anything. If you have ever been slightly confused by the world of insurance, seriously try JJ Insurance and ask for Kelly. She is the best.
