Jason B was very nice and professional. He was knowledgeable, told me what to expect and he solved both our plumbing issues on one visit. He was on time, neat and cleaned up after himself. I couldn’t ask for more, but I got more. As we chatted, I mentioned an HVAC issue we’ve been having and next thing I know, he asked if I wanted an HVAC professional to give me a second opinion. David arrived before Jason was done and gave me a suggestion for follow up when the weather warms a bit. It was a master class in customer service.

Jim Dickerson plumbing company has a great team. James and Eric did an excellent job replacing my water heater. They are very professional and knowledgeable. Trina who answered my phone was very helpful, kind and lovely. Thank you all.

Brian R and Joe did a great job installing our new tankless hot water heater, hot water recirculating system and instant hot water heater in the kitchen. They were extremely thorough and detail oriented. Brian was meticulous in making sure that we achieved hot water in a much faster time at all faucets in our house. We have used Jim Dickerson Plumbing for many years. I always feel confident using them and trust their advice. Today is another example of their exceptional service and hard work! Thanks guys!

Overpriced and Rude!!!! $500.00 fee for a $50.00/$100.00 part!!! NOW I have to get my floors redone because no one listened or asked questions!!! I am not a plumber but I know that it would be wise to check for a clog in the cleanout pipe!!!! This company will charge a fee to come out and still charge your the service. Most company's will at least remove the service fee. I will contact Duke Energy as I do not want them to work on anything in my home. The lady I spoke with today had the nerve to say that they only fix what the customer tells them!!! I am not a plumber!!!! They are the so-called professionals!!!! The so-called plumbing manager was even worse. He kept quoting the work order that his friend wrote up. The manager even raised his voice at me. That was the final straw!! Thanks for your non-service. This repair could have been avoided had your company checked out the cleanout pump!!
