Since the first meaningful and informative phone call with Helen, I immediately confirmed that these reviews are not given to hyperbole. Helen was transparent, refreshingly honest, did not depend on fearmongering and willing to share her comprehensive knowledge in a manner that was never condescending or patronizing- all the while exuding a "human touch" that is rare in this society where persons use power to destroy our earning potential and spirit if we do not have the discipline to counteract such draconian tactics. New York City has become all the more corrupt and deceitful. Therefore, businesses whose practices graciously run counter that tendency must be supported unconditionally.

Helen is truly one of a kind! She is incredibly knowledgeable and such a pleasure to work with. Insurance can be confusing and frustrating, but Helen has a very human, kind approach. She took the time to clearly explain all the details and how everything connects. She really looked at our situation personally and explored multiple scenarios until she found the best possible quote for us. Highly recommend!

I usually don’t comments or make review for people but Helen’s kindness made me to appreciate her. I wanted to get a commercial insurance and she not only helped us but also didn’t charge her fees , She just heard it’s under a non profit organization and showed her kind heart. I am so glad to meet her and I will be love to work with her in future. God bless you 🙏

It was our luck that led us to Helen! She’s such a knowledgeable expert and most importantly, a caring person who takes her job and her customers seriously. One week before our closing date, after searched around insurance companies and not getting anywhere, we called her office on a weekend/off day; by pure coincidence, Helen picked up the phone and spoke to us. She spent a great deal of her time speaking & listening to us. Eventually, she found a great policy that suited our particular needs, AND, at a great rate! It’s impossible to get the result without her help. This experience, guided by Helen’s human touch, has completely changed my idea about using online portal to compare insurance rates. Thank you, Helen!

Just want to tell everyone looking for an insurance broker that Helen Hountas is the best I’ve ever met.. Having spoken with many different brokers who are so difficult to deal with, she made everything absolutely effortless for us!!!! She got us the best prices, she answered all our questions and took the time to explain how everything works step by step. And helped us with all the paperwork. I can’t thank her enough and I super highly recommend her!!!!
