I have been dealing with the Insurance Center of Milwaukee for a number of years, because they truly excel in customer service. I can’t say enough about what a great job they do! After a recent rate hike on car insurance, Mary quoted us with several companies and bundled along with my homeowners insurance saved me quite a bit of money. We truly couldn’t be more satisfied!

Mary is so wonderful. She understands what each customer is looking for and treats them like family. She is very knowledgeable and efficient as well. I was probably her last call of the night, and she told me to tell my mom hi. When I told her it was my mom’s birthday, she said she’d make one more call for the night. My mom later confirmed that Mary did call to wish her a happy birthday. Even though I don’t live in Milwaukee anymore, I continue to use the Insurance Center of Milwaukee because of their customer care.
