Brett is patient, kind, and helpful. He is quick to respond and goes the extra mile for his clients. Most recently, we needed a tow but didn't fully understand our coverage. Brett explained it to the best of his ability and got on the phone immediately to help us the rest of the way. The end result was a stress free tow that ended up saving us a lot of money. We got our fleet vehicle back on the road in record time. Highly recommend!

I have been very pleased with my experience working with Insurance Brokers of MN. My building had a last-minute, complex coverage issue that needed to be urgently addressed, and Rosy and her team were incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive in answering all of questions and addressing our needs. Would absolutely recommend.

My husband and I have been customers of Insurance Brokers for decades for home, auto and even Medicare supplemental insurance. The personal attention that every agent in the organization provides is outstanding, and their competitive rates and extensive insurance options make it easy to stay with them. I appreciate being able to call and they know who I am. I recently added business insurance to the mix and the process couldn't have been simpler. Six stars!

I have used Insurance Brokers of MN, for homeowners and auto insurance for a couple of years now. Originally, when I reached out to them, they saved me several hundred dollars on both products. This last month I reached out to ask for a review to determine if I was getting the best rates I could. They researched several products and found that my homeowners policy was the best I could get, but they found a new auto policy that saved me almost $1,000 per year! I would recommend IBM to anyone! They are great to work with and have saved me lots of money!

Rosy was great, we were able to get everything sorted by email which was wonderful since I am a teacher and can't usually answer/talk on the phone during the day. She was knowledgeable, patient, and kind, and she got me some lower rates which was fantastic!
