Had my BMW repaired at Individual. Cannot stress enough how professional these guys are. Aftab, Amaar & Sidra looked after me while my vehicle was in their workshop. Updated frequently as requested. Repair is second to none. I would recommend Individual over dealer garages. Paint application is on point. No unwanted panel gaps!! No polish resudue!! I would be passing future work to these guys. This review is for the whole team at Individual as im sure there were more people involved in getting my vehicle looking this spectacular. Keep up the good work. See you guys soon

I took my E63 to Individual Car Specialist and couldn’t be happier with the results. They worked on my front end along with some additional repairs, and the quality of the job was outstanding. The bodywork and paint finish were absolutely immaculate you wouldn’t even know there had been any work done. A big thank you to Kasim for his professionalism and attention to detail. He made sure everything was done to a high standard and kept me updated throughout the process. Also, the reception team were very helpful and kept me informed with regular updates, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Absolutely shocking experience from start to finish. I would strongly advise people to think twice before using Individual Specialist Cars. They were unable to properly communicate with my insurer or arrange payment directly, which meant I had to step in and deal with my insurance company myself. This caused unnecessary delays and added stress. Despite not carrying out any work on my vehicle, they attempted to hold my car and would not release it unless I paid an additional disputed amount. There was a clear £50–£60 price difference between what my insurance company instructed me to pay and what they were demanding. I explained this several times, but staff either did not understand or refused to acknowledge the discrepancy. In the end, I felt pressured into paying the extra £50–£60 just to have my own car released. To make matters worse, when I collected my vehicle it had been left covered in bird droppings, which it absolutely did not have when I brought it in. It’s basic respect to look after a customer’s vehicle while it’s in your possession, even if no work has been carried out. This was all happening while I am pregnant, and the added stress was completely unnecessary. The lack of communication, poor handling of the situation, and overall service were extremely disappointing. Very upsetting experience overall. I would not recommend based on how this was handled.
