Maya was incredibly helpful, well informed, and easily accessible. Largely able to speak with her directly most calls. If I did have to leave a message, she was prompt in returning calls and answering my questions. Bravo! Very comfortable and happy with my plan.

Charlotte Hilderbrandt is by far the most professional, knowledgeable and courteous insurance broker/agent I have ever encountered. I highly recommend her. She has been our go to person regarding medical and dental insurance for 8 years. She is a 10 out of 10. Maya Moser, Account Manager, is also an amazing member of Idaho Insurance. She has held my hand through many processes and relieved me of worry. I am eternally grateful for her kindness, courtesy and professionalism. Simply an outstanding organization.

Charlotte and her team are amazing!!! I was in a bind with finding replacement health insurance, with only ten days until my enrollment window was set to close. Charlotte secured the income tax credit, found a great replacement policy and placed it the day before my expiration. When you're shopping for health insurance, let Charlotte take care of it! Her attention to detail, follow up and communication are the best.

Great experience with this team! I was so impressed with them as a customer I’m now an employee. I trusted them with all my insurance needs and it was a great deal. I saved over $600 a year switching my policies. It is so nice to have an agency that can shop your policies with multiple carriers! I highly recommend Idaho Insurance Agency.
