Hoffman Collision Center of Hartford

After a rear-end collision I decided to take the car to the Hoffman Collision Center for repair and was glad I did. My Lexus RC350 was repaired as new with all Lexus parts and the work was flawless. I was especially pleased with the communication from Tiffany and Robert in the front office. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Hoffman again when needed.

I usually bring my vehicle to Airport Road Auto. This time against my better judgement I decided to use Hoffman Collison Center. The repairs to the body of my vehicle was done well. The rep I met with was really pleasant and nicest at pick up. Below are a couple of challenges that I have: 1-The inside of my driver side floor was riddled with dust dirt, and shoe scuffs of dirt. No paper mat was put down to protect the integrity of floor. When bringing my vehicle to Airport Road Auto I have always had my car detailed from the inside out, after getting repairs etc. This would be a nice touch if Hoffman Collision could do this as well. 2- While talking to my rep about a challenge I saw regarding the millage when I dropped off vs when I picked up was mentioned by me, the rep was helping me figure out the discrepancy, but there was a slim Caucasian women with black hair who butted in to the conversation, with an extreme attitude about something she was not being talked to about. She was extremely nasty with her tone as well as the facial expression she displayed which was wildly un professional. 3- George was my initial contact once I dropped my car off. He was pleasant when I dropped off. When my car was ready he called me and left a voicemail that I could not hear clearly. So I called him back and his attitude was very dismissive, he claimed he called me, but acted as if I was supposed to know why he called after sharing with him that I couldn’t hear the voicemail well. Maybe he was having a rough day, I don’t know, but care trust and respect is needed when giving customer service. All in all I had one good experience with a different gentlemen at pick up, again he was pleasant and very helpful. I unfortunately I will not bring my car here again. I am also not interested in speaking with the owner or any individual about this from Hoffman Collision Center. However I do want others to know about my experience in real time. BEWARE OF PROFESSIONALISM INCONSISTENCIES.

Very grateful to Chris and the team at Hoffman Collision Center for the amazing work they did repairing and restoring my car following significant body damage. Chris was incredibly helpful, and always responded timely and courteously. I greatly appreciated Chris coordinating with my insurance company as well. When you experience an unfortunate and unexpected need for vehicle repairs, it is a relief to work with such a professional and talented group.

I thought this was going to be a very unpleasant experience and it turned out to be quite the opposite. I was helped promptly at their very clean, professional and comfortable office. The staff are friendly and very helpful and accommodating. Was anticipating waiting for days or weeks to get my car back and I was called the day after I dropped it off to let me know it was ready. When I got there to pick it up, my car was covered in snow and the staff cleaned it off for me and had me on my way. Would 100% highly recommend if you ever need bodywork or collision repair.

Work completed on a Lexus after minor collision damage. Staff was very helpful on the steps of the repair process. Very responsive to my calls and emails. Great connection to the insurance company to handle estimate revisions. Car looked amazing when it was done both inside and outside!
