we love hill family! we've been doing daycare, boarding, and grooming with them for about a year now and have had a great experience all around. we have a basset hound who is quite anxious, but she loves hanging with her dog friends, and though she’s slow to warm up to most people, she still does her happy wiggle when any of the staff takes her back. it’s been a great resource and comfort to us! the team definitely goes above and beyond. and seeing updates on socials of my girl chillin through the day get me through leaving her! she comes home happy and sleepy :)

My dog Hendricks goes to Hill Family for daycare and grooming, and we’ve been really happy with the experience. The staff takes great care of him (and me) and he always seems happy to be there. His bath was amazing—he smelled great for days! I’d definitely recommend them.

I’ve been meaning to leave this review for some time… But Hill Family Pet Care is truly the best! We first found them when we needed a new groomer for Luca, and his grooms have always been perfect! They do a great job with the teddy bear cut. When we needed a place for daycare, we could already tell they were so caring and wanted to send him here. Luca is always so excited to go to daycare (and he’s quite attached to us/usually doesn’t like leaving), and he always comes home tired and happy. The staff recognize us and Luca by name. It takes so much stress out of the day-to-day knowing our pup is loved and cared for during the day! They separate dogs by size and this intentionally switches each day depending on which dogs are there. They also post a ton of Instagram updates so you can see your pup throughout the day. The bus system is very reasonably priced and adds to the convenience. They have loyal customers in us — we wouldn’t go anywhere else now!

We have been using Hill Family since they opened, and they never disappoint. The staff is super friendly and our dogs love them. The facility is very clean. We’ve used them for daycare, overnight stays, and grooming. Our silver lab is … difficult, and the only groomer to whom we can take her is at Hill. Definitely a five—star experience!

We’ve had a great experience with Hill Family Pet Care! Our sweet Ramona has done daycare, an overnight stay, and grooming, all really great! The grooming was especially amazing, she’s never felt cleaner! Staff are caring, and their flexible pick-up/drop-off makes things so easy. Highly recommend!
