Joe and his team made the process of replacing our deck seamless and took the stress out of the whole process from permits to all the small details in between! The work Victor does is so detail oriented the finished product looks stunning! We definitely would go with Heartland again if we had the opportunity and would recommend them 5/5! Thank you Heartland!

Our initial interaction and project planning with Heartland Decks was a good experience. Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with the final product. First off, we were told the project would only take 4 days but ended up taking 2+ weeks. The company did not keep us updated on the project's progress. Secondly, they did not provide a finished product. For having paid a premium price for a new composite deck we expected the deck to look complete. Instead, the deck looks tacky with bare lumber intermingled with the dark composite (see pictures). When we raised our concern about this with Heartland Decks they shrugged it off and said it was not part of the estimate, and they didn't offer to work with us to fix it. So, sadly we do not recommend Heartland Decks. Job Id 2208-3760381-01 Proposal # 0632

My wife and I had Heartland Decks completely replace our old deck with a new deck and pergola. They did everything from the tear out to the final decorative corbels. From the start, they worked with us closely on planning and design. The whole team there did an exceptional job! Even with the several inches of rain that we received in the last couple of weeks, it didn’t slow their progress down. My wife and I definitely recommend Heartland Decks to anyone looking to get a new deck! Great job to the entire team at Heartland Decks!

We are thrilled with our deck repair by Heartland Decks! Other companies wanted to do a complete tear down for twice the cost of this repair. It’s almost a complete replacement! The builders worked long hours to complete and dealing with Scott was so enjoyable! Highly recommend!
