The quality of workmanship from All Weather Decks is unmatched. We are extremely pleased with the whole team from beginning to end. We received several bids and hired AWD to complete a screened in patio/grill area based on the rendering, interactions with the sales rep, estimated cost, & past reviews (including a personal positive review from family). After meeting with Sales Representative, JD, we were impressed with his precision to detail from our requests, professionalism, and ability to create a vision beyond what we imagined. He was open and communicative with the budget, timeframe, and next steps. We also greatly appreciated the military discount AWD offered. Head of Project Management, Jade went above and beyond with ensuring the project ran smoothly from start to finish and made sure we were informed of each step. We experienced about a 2 week delay due to circumstances outside of AWD’s control involving the outside engineering company. This was shared with us the Friday before the project was planned to start the next Monday. Beyond this, we had no issues with communication. Project Manager, Kevin was easy to reach, responsive to inquiries, ensured his team & outside contractors promptly followed up with our feedback, and came to the worksite multiple times throughout the entire process. Once the project started, everything went smoothly and any shifts from the original plan were properly explained, quoted, and handled appropriately. We experienced a couple added expenses after beginning; however, these were provided as possibilities to us prior to signing the contract. Builder, Diego and his team were very respectful, safely parked in the street, and did not require access to our home for bathroom breaks. Each night, they left the area tidy and had a dedicated zone for scraps. We have 3 young kids and were still able to utilize our backyard to play outside. The main cleanup we did each night (our preference) was checking for nails or anything that would be unsafe for our children, which was not excessive. The final result was better than we could have imagined. We highly recommend hiring All Weather Decks for your next project and would eagerly hire them again.

All Weather Decks did an amazing job on our deck. From the bid process at the start and the customer service at the end (not forgetting the amazing work in between). Our deck is pretty high off the ground and not easily accessible. I was blown away how quickly they got the deck up and the job done, impressive! I also had some trim issues and they provided their expertise on the best long-term low-maintenance solution. When you invest money on something like a deck, it's a significant investment, and you want to feel happy in the end. It was a pleasure working with the All Weather Decks team, from start to finish, the experience was a good one. As is the case with any construction project, there were a few hiccups and/or design changes along the way, and they dealt with those with grace and professionalism. I recently had the pleasure of working with All Weather Decks to replace our old deck, and we couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, the experience was seamless and exceeded our expectations. JD, the salesperson, came out to the house and took the time to understand my vision for the new deck. He also invited my husband and I to their showroom to help us choose the perfect composite decking material, ensuring it would be both durable and stylish. He was patient and able to answer all of my questions. The construction process was just as smooth. Alex, the construction team lead, and his crew were punctual, professional, and efficient. They were meticulous in their work, paying attention to detail, including making sure all of the city code requirements were met. They completed the project in timely manner, working around challenging winter weather, and cleaned up thoroughly once the job was done. We love the new covered deck - a beautiful, low-maintenance outdoor space!

We recently had All Weather Decks complete our 3rd project together. This was adding a gable style roof over a portion of our existing composite deck. From meeting with their sales rep, to working with their project manager and crew, our experience was fantastic.
