I brought my Lexus to Harvey’s (Maple location) for a bumper repair. When I got the car back, the paint was not blended on the left fender and the repair wasn’t molded correctly. There was also visible debris in the paint. Staff acknowledged it should have been caught, and I offered to pay for a new fender if needed. They attempted to fix it, but the car was returned with additional issues, including a chipped fender, misaligned bumper, smudged door handle, and a chip on the hood down to the primer. Communication throughout the process was inconsistent, and I often had to follow up for updates. Later, I worked with another location where communication initially improved and additional repairs were attempted. However, the paint still did not match, and plans that were discussed to correct the color mismatch were ultimately changed without explanation. The final solution offered did not resolve the issue, and I was told to pick up the vehicle. In the end, the car was left in worse condition than when I originally brought it in. While the experience started positively, follow-through and consistency declined, and commitments that were discussed were not honored. Based on my experience, I would not return.

Please stay away from this Bodyshop. They did such a horrible and poor job with my car that I had to return my car to them a total of 3 times and they kept my car an extra 3 weeks after "fixin" my car and my car was never properly fixed. They do not have the knowledge when it comes to working on new cars. I have a 2025 Honda accord that was in an accident and it was sent to them for repairs. They are unaware of new cars technology and parts necessary when it comes to fixing new cars. They had my car for a month and I had to return the car back to them SEVERAL times because I kept having issues AFTER they "fixed" my car. First my car died on me a day after first getting it back from them, they thought it was the battery, they replaced the battery. They said it was probably the car had been sitting in their shop for a month. I get the car back, go to work, it is new years eve, my car is dead, AGAIN! called them and they can't seem understand why my car keeps dying. They finally figured out they actually bought a wrong headlight and that the headlight was draining my battery life (it is a hybrid model). I get my car back after they had my car for over a week in total, a drive the car and 2 days later, I start hearing really weird and loud noises coming from the front of the car. I called them, they take my car back and after they inspect the car again, it turned out the right front axle shaft was leaking grease (they fixed that part because that was where I got hit). They have my car for another week. I end up getting my car back and LITERALLY 1 day after , I hear the same noises from the week before AGAIN! At this point, I am fed up and I know it will be a never ending nightmare with this bodyshop. They should have fixed my car properly from the very beginning but their lack of knowledge and shoddy work made me take my car to the Honda dealership where it is getting fixed PROPERLY and with the CORRECT body part. So please, stay away from this shop. They do not know what they are doing and you will be having issue after issue with them. ALMOST FORGOT MY CAR KEPT SWERVING TO THE LEFT!!!! THEY SAID THEY ALIGNED MY CAR BUT IT SILL KEPT LEANING TO THE LEFT. JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I’m visiting from out of town and damaged my son’s side mirror. I called Harvey’s and spoke to Lily, who was kind and informative. I went the next day for the estimate and again Lily was so knowledgeable and helpful. I was given a couple of options, and returned the next morning to have the work done. It was quickly completed. I was impressed with the clean waiting room and coffee. This was anxiety producing since this was not my vehicle, put the process was incredibly easy and reasonable. Thanks to Harvey’s and Lily.

Please stay away from this Bodyshop. Worked with Jordan (awesome customer service and great communication) to get my new truck fixed after someone backed into it. Received a reasonable estimate and they got me in the same day and started work - had the truck back in less than a week - during the holiday! It looks perfect and good as new :) I highly recommend Harvey's and will definitely be using them again if needed.
