Recently switched my auto insurance under Justin Thibodeaux and saved over $100 with his help. I never was able to get my car insurance this low ever. He was awesome and very very helpful. Highly recommend. I already got a few people to switch with him and they are satisfyingly shocked with their new prices

After dealing with nightmare customer service with a previous insurance agency, I am so grateful to recently switch to hartwig moss. My agent, Lori, has been a blessing! She took the time to understand my needs and worked quickly and effectively to get my homeowners policies straightened out. Not only did she go above and beyond administratively to help me get everything in order, but she was able to get me better coverage and a DRASTIC savings in premium! Knowledge, customer service, coverage, and costs 10/10. Will certainly be recommending to all of my family and friends. If you’re like me and looking for an insurance agency to find the lowest premiums with best coverage and make the complicated insurance jargon simple, I’d highly recommend using this company.

Every question I had was answered clearly, and they took the time to explain options rather than just pushing a policy.
