Kyle H. Handled a wind damage claim for us and he was absolutely wonderful! Always sending us paperwork and estimate as soon as he receive them without us even asking. I would give him five stars. Charles I. Handled a Kitchen fire claim for us and was absolutely rude and would not show us any paperwork for estimates and told me that his word was my proof. Stating the contractor said that the burnt wall was from oven heat not the stove fire. I offered pictures of our kitchen before you can clearly The burnt area extends beyond the area. I did have to file a complaint against him with the Pennsylvania insurance department. Way to go, Kyle that’s how you do

Excellent, prompt and true customer service. Kristen S. at Grange Insurance has been an exceptional customer service person. Her texts and emails were prompt, courteous and reassuring- given that yoyr car has just been in an accident and you have received the worst news possible. I will also give A+++++ to Grange, from the time of the accident to date, all the reps we interacted have been EXCEPTIONAL. Melody S. claim adjuster and the 1st rep we spoke with over the phone. I will highly recommend GRANGE. They must not only hired the best team, but their team remain the best in customer service. Thank you!

My claims adjuster Tyler Risner was amazing! He contacted me about an hour after I made my claim and set up an appointment to assess the damage the very next day. Overall the entire process was smooth and handled in a timely manner.

We just started our first claim; Nikki has been amazing to work with and responds promptly. She explained the process, benefits and claims very thoroughly. After talking with her she makes you feel like the large hole from water damage isn't that big of a deal. She is very detailed oriented. All in all, great experience working with her and Grange.

After a devastating flood, working with Grange Insurance and especially Nat’e Harris made an incredibly difficult situation much easier. Nat’e managed my claim with compassion, clarity, and professionalism from start to finish. She was firm on policy while always making me feel supported and never like it was “Grange vs. me.” Her proactive phone calls, timely follow-ups, and genuine care stood out. I’ve always paid my premiums for moments like this, and I’m truly grateful I had Grange and Nat’e when it mattered most.
