This is not the first time we’ve used this HVAC company, and once again they exceeded our expectations. When our furnace went out during sub-zero temperatures, they had a technician at our house within 30 minutes of our call. The sense of urgency and responsiveness was incredible. Their team walked us through the options clearly and professionally, and they had a brand-new furnace installed and fully operational in less than 24 hours. Every person we interacted with was knowledgeable, respectful, and genuinely cared about getting our heat back on as quickly as possible. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, efficiency, and commitment to customer service. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable HVAC company you can trust—especially in an emergency.

GLANZ BUFFAT did a great job putting in our new hot water heater. After checking with several other companies , we got a really good deal. Sam and his assistant were very thorough, explained what they were doing and how to operate the heater. They install water heaters and now we will use them as our plumbers too.

Called the office and had the company owner at my house within the hour to scope the job and quote the furnace replacement. Within 2 hours the crew was onsite with everything needed to complete the install. Less than than 7 hours from the time I contacted them. Price was fair workmanship was excellent and site was left clean and “warm”. Wonderful experience.

Glanz & Buffat has been our home HVAC provider for over 35 years. Our last furnace lasted 31 years, and the team at G&B did an excellent job in scoping, installing and cleaning up everything. Troy and Clint were a great installation tag team working inside and out, were very professional and represent G&B very well. Thanks for the great job!
