The staff is friendly and my vehicle looks better than what it was but it’s the details. I get that the collision sensor were not accurate at first it happens … specially with new cars. They fixed it, seems fine now and I’m thankful for that. But again is the cosmetic details, the grill is not sitting flush some of the trim is dented or seems not all the way in. I mentioned that to them when the sensors thing came up but it wasn’t addressed when I picked it up. Update - They did reach back out and after taking the car back they placed a new OEM grill and there are no longer any gaps and the vehicle looks great. I was explained that it was due to previous grill being an aftermarket one and that was the reason it was not sitting flush. They did a great job and I realize now it had nothing to do with their work but rather the parts that were out of spec. Thankful they were able to fix it and for their honesty.

The worst customer service I've experienced. My car was sent their after my insurance company suggested them, well after two weeks of lies and excuses, they never even touched my car. So I pulled my car outta that shop and sent it to another, and it was the best decision I made about the damage on my car because I had it back after a few days at the other shop, and they communicated with me the way you'd expect a business to do. Be warned: the girl at the reception and Kyle will straight lie to your face. Good luck, but if I were you I'd look elsewhere.

Fixed my car 5 days ahead of the completion date. My car looked better than before it was hit. Gr8 communication all around. The completion rate was always sent to me, so I always knew the current progress of my vehicle. I would definitely use their services again. 6 stars

New name, but same great service and quality you have come to expect over the years. John was great and very knowledgeable and took care of my situation quickly explained everything to me. Make sure to give them a little flex room and patience as they are transitioning to the company process and systems.

I was sitting at a red light only 100 yards from my house when the guy behind me decided not to stop,totalling my Mustang. I have never been in an accident and never had any bodywork done to any of my cars. I was looking for someone close that did amazing work. I was referred to Touch of Color by a neighbor. I got on their website that day and posted some pictures of my damage and they called me the next day. I drove to the shop on the following Monday to get the estimate. I met up with Destinee, she was very nice and knowledgeable about what I needed. She explained everything in great detail and she e-mailed an estimate to me the next day. I asked her when would be a good time to drop it off and she said they could take it now. I dropped off the Mustang on a Monday. Destinee stayed in touch with me every step of the way,letting me know everything that was going on. I got the call that the Mustang would be ready for pickup on my Birthday. Awesome Birthday present!!! They drove it out of the shop and it looked like the day I bought it in 2006. I was amazed by the work. I drove it home and did some more detailed inspection and noticed there were some burns in the clearcoat so I called Destinee and let her know I found something wrong in the paint. She said bring it back and we will inspect it. It looked like it had acid spilled on it. She said it is covered, and the Mustang went back in for another touch up. I got the call the next week that it was finished and it really is top notch now. Thank you to the Touch of Color team,they do really great work as you can tell by the photos. Everyone I communicated with is very friendly and they make you feel like you are part of the team. If you need any bodywork done go straight to Touch of Color and tell them Ryan Simmons sent me. They will take care of you.
