I would love to give you all a 10 out of 10. I think a bi-annual text or phone call check in would be nice. Also, it is a great way to head off any problems and makes ppl feel cared about. Just my two cents!

Terri, is a great agent of G Suggs insurance. She is terrific to work with and found us a great deal on a home, car and umbrella insurance bundle which saved us over $1,000. Terri is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful in every way. She listens and promptly responds to any questions, requests or concerns. A good insurance agent is so important and we are so glad we found Terri.

Greg and his staff are excellent. When I first moved to Raleigh some 22 years ago he was recommended to us and we are still with him and his wonderful staff. Everyone goes the extra mile to make sure all our questions are answered and I feel like I am friends with them and not just a client. Highly recommend Greg Suggs insurance. You won’t be disappointed

It seems that everyone at your office is friendly, available, and willing to answer questions whenever I call. I feel your rates are competitive and I'm always receiving some type of communication from the office, whether it's a flyer with suggestions on how to make sure I'm aware of insurance-related issues and tips from around the globe....or just a questionnaire form to ensure I'm getting the best coverage for my money. I've been with Gregg Suggs Insurance Agency for years and don't feel that I need to shop around for a better fit elsewhere. I would HIGHLY recommend Greg Suggs Insurance Agency to anyone!
