The front desk lady is very rude! I feel bad that she’s might be going through something that is really bothering her mentally! Given customers dirty looks ! Rude on the phone when you call! I’m not sure if she is going through divorce or something else that might be related to her behavior issues but you need not to take your rudeness to us your customers! Go get some help please 🙏🏿!

The agent I dealt with was very respectful and answered my questions I had and the multiple calls when I had other questions. I highly recommend the new management!

Disgustingly rude to my husband when he called for a quote on a property we just purchased. My husband was so taken aback by the agent’s nasty demeanor, he hung up mid conversation. Don’t bother with calling them—go to a different agency.

I emailed some local places trying to get a quote since others online were charging me way too much and Dan got back to me right away and with in an hour or so I went in and got my insurance. He got me a great price-way lower than the other local companies. When we went in the receptionist met us and pointed us to Dan. Overall great,fast friendly experience!! Definitely recommending them to others!!
