Ms Fletcher do good business she’s reliable and take full responsibility of her work 10 outta 10 recommend this will be the 3rd time going to her for 2 different times an she took good care of me from pricing to top natch customer service

After… and before! The insurance company thankfully didn’t total out my RDX, and Fletcher's Collision Center, LLC did such an awesome job on the repairs!! Looks brand new!! Rosa Is great, always very knowledgeable every time i called to check in on it!! I tried not to bother her too much, just had a lot of time on my hands & realized any delays were not due to them & out of their hands. Mechanically, there was only damage to the suspension, there Acura RDXs are very solid cars! The whole thing cost 3 cents short of 7 grand ($6999.97) to fix, which the other driver’s insurance covered although I was out all month from work due to the car repairs & the bills don’t stop coming so I’m scrambling to try to make up for the lost income… I must say the repairs were quick, the only delays were from shipping parts from the north due to the inclimate weather & on the insurance approval end. There was a small creaking but they took it back in & it was on the alignment shop’s end & quickly fixed. They are very thorough & made my car look showroom new!! I never really noticed all the small parts that go Into the external aesthetics of my vehicle. A lot of detail goes into the repair & the building of these cars these days. I appreciate everyone who worked on this & got it back on the road (and me back to work) for me! Definitely a 5 star experience! This is THE body shop that you want to go to for insurance claims or out-of-pocket self pay repairs!

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. After being involved in an accident, I found Fletcher’s and I am so glad I did. They are so nice, kept me informed and got my car back to normal. Will definitely be using them in the future for any body work!

I crashed my car into the sidewall of the exit ramp and did some serious damage. Fletchers was able to arrange a pickup truck to grab my car for me at an affordable rate. My truck looks amazing and the work was reasonably priced. I will definitely use them again :)

I went here because of all the great reviews, and they couldn’t have been more accurate. Oscar & Rosa are so friendly, and the work is honest and affordable (and my car needed a lot). Will definitely come here for all my needs in the future! Some before and after shots:
