Only had to rent for a month, but both of the representatives I talked to were SO friendly and made renting one so smooth. I even was able to go look at a few units before hand to determine which size I actually wanted. the units were clean, and easily accessible as well. Would definitely recommend!!

Very simple process to get a storage unit, everything done online. Received unique access code, my belongings remained secure, dry and undamaged. Would definitely recommend!

It was great was able to rent and move in the same day! Reasonable priced. Only "complaint" was it was a little dusty/outside debris in unit. But that was because it's a non-weather protected and I figured that would be the case

I placed an online reservation for a 10x10 unit. I went to the office and it was closed due to COVID-19. I called their office and left a message for them to call me back around 4:00pm. The assistant manager called me back within 10-15 minutes. She was so fast to call me back! We discussed the lease terms over the phone, she got the rest of my information over the phone and sent me the documents to sign online. I went to their office, picked up the keys and lock and was at my storage unit by 5:15. The service was great, fast and accommodating. Thanks to Meredith we were able to get into the unit right away!

I recently had a unit here, it's secured, clean and the lady at the office is very nice. My issue is that they failed to mention that even with a notice to vacate the unit which ever month that may be, you end up paying that full month and NOT GET PRORATED even if there is half a month (my case)or 1 week left you will NOT GET MONEY BACK! Even tho I was told I would get prorated as long as the lock wasn't on anymore that would mean the unit has been vacated. According to the guy that works there, you are responsible to pay for the full month no matter when you move out and they don't probate days left. JUST BEWARE AND ASK QUESTIONS SO THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN TO YOU TOO! I will be looking over my contract again.... READ YOUR CONTRACT.
