would like to say a big thank you to the staff at the self storage, especially Glorija and Sam. They were extremely kind, welcoming and very helpful throughout the whole process. They made everything clear and easy, and they were always happy to answer any questions I had. Their professional and friendly attitude made the experience smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate their support and excellent customer service.

Was an easy process, everything available in the app and the price was good especially with 50% off for the first 3 months. Staff were helpful, especially Sam in the office and on the phone. Thanks a bunch, saved me a lot of headache.

Great place.... staff are very helpful, they kept my items clean dry and safe whilst I returned home, easy to pay and great offers!!!! Will be using them next year and will tell my friends to use them too

BEWARE- Rats and mice running everywhere. All my items ruined - £200 a month I was paying for all my items to have to be destroyed. If you don’t believe me see the pics. They paid out some insurance money but they offered nothing in goodwill or offered no refund on any of the monthly payments. Not even a sorry. They had to Remove and dispose of all my items Beware, total rip off!! Please read All the terms and conditions Very clearly before signing. I had a bereavement and was unable to pay straight away and they’ve added on admin costs threatening emails, Email stating they were going to dispose of my of things haven’t been done at a certain time. No compassion, I had to pay them £500 in two months in order to receive my goods. Do not use please there are other companies in Birmingham please Shop around. Price increases regularly added. The customer service is horrendous. The store manager is a manager by name only.
