Shelly and Sherief were awesome to work with and took us through everything step by step. Building is very nice, clean, and secure. Really happy with overall setup experience and pricing is fantastic compared to other similar local storage facilities.

Just started renting a unit at Premiere Stoage. It has all gone very smoothly. It’s great to have a real person in the office to communicate with! Shelly was great and answered all my questions. Also the young man who initially signed me up was very helpful showing me how the app worked! I am happy with my choice!

Premier Storage at the 51st Ave location in South Fargo, ND is the newest of their facilities. It's clearly the cleanest, most secure unit storage I've rented in the last 20 years. The rental specials are the best in the area and facility security is second-to-none. It's operated over an app that's super convenient, easy to navigate, and offers multiple layers of protection inside the building which is excellent for weekend and late night access. This is especially important if a female or disabled person is accessing the building alone and/or at night. I HIGHLY recommend this storage facility to anyone renting in the Fargo, ND area.

I’ve had a great experience with Premiere Storage for well over a year now renting from them. The facility is top notch and I love the convenience of access anytime. We have also upgraded units on multiple occasions and they have made it seamless within the same day. Great customer service! I recommend them to anyone, they also have a great referral program.

We got our storage unit summer of 2025, and Cassandra was great setting us up and honoring a promotion that was offered to us at that time. The promotion was supposed to run through 6 months, plus 1 month also at a promotional rate. Well, Cassandra is no longer there and the new management is terrible. There is little to no communication, and we have been being overcharged for 2 pay cycles now and they will not return our calls or emails to get this straightened out. We understand that the management has changed, but with us having all of our offers in emails/writing from the company (even from the new management saying we will still receive our promo offer), we should STILL be receiving our promotional rates, but we aren't. And they don't seem to care to respond. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is for convenience and cleanliness of the facility. Otherwise, I would not recommend anyone do business with this shady management. **Update** I called Premier Storage after writing this review, and spoke with Shelly. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of for being overcharged several months and for them not honoring discounts we were promised from previous management. She contacted her management 2 times(!) for us and had everything straightened out within a matter of 1.5 hours! She was very empathetic and definitely wanted to make us whole again and keep our business. We rent storage units for years at a time, so to Premier Storage management: SHELLY IS AN ASSET and she will help you in the long run to keep customers! Thank you Shelly for your wonderful customer service and restoring our confidence in this facility! ***I will update the review to 5 stars after March, when our promotional rate should be completed by then, to ensure we do get that rate :)***
