The young lady was very helpful as well as nice. She took the time to explain everything to me . She sent me my insurance cards the same day. Her voice was pleasant as if she enjoyed her job.

Their insured hit our car, contacting them and starting the claim was easy. Then we got our claims adjuster assigned which is Alexa, she sent 1 email to us that had a link to send the pictures to. I have emailed her since several times and left 4 voicemails. NOTHING. We were emailed from their claims appraiser who initiated a payment so we can take our car to the body shop and they can start on it. I informed him that we need a rental car once we drop it off and he told me we had to contact Alexa, he can not help with that. We can't even get a call back or an email response. The appraiser told me he also emailed her lettering her know and we have yet to get an answer from her. Zero Communication from their adjuster after initial call.

Very fast response time compared to previous times when I’ve called. I was able to talk to a representative and be transferred for additional help with having my needs met and questions answered, all within 28 mins total! To compare, all the previous times I’ve called, I usually waited on hold for over an hour just to speak to the first representative! Whatever they are doing to improve with managing calls, it is working. Thanks again to Andrew and Byron who helped me today!

like most people, my age I was scared to do stuff like this over the phone. I’ve been scammed before and at first I was on the phone with some man not really sure about his name, but then he transferred me over to somebody. I guess he felt it will be more comfortable for me, and her name was Tosheanna, she provided the most comforting professional, support, and i needed that. She gave me the confidence that what i was doing was OK. She got me away lower rate than I thought I was going to have being a first time car buyer. She really did a really good job at making me feel like I was making the right choice. I got a great rate. It was really fast. I asked 155,000 questions and she completely was OK with them. She didn’t make me feel like I was doing too much. She didn’t make me feel like I was ignorant. She really helped. somebody needs to give that girl a raise.

My review is on Mrs Lisa Davis herself only, located in Florida. She is amazing. Despite the wreck and totaled car I encountered. She made my day feel so much better, by answering every question and concern I had. Her patience and performance is immaculate. No matter what happens she gets ALL 10 stars from me. Great lady to talk to if you have any questions. I refer her to everyone in Fl. lol and she needs a raise like as of yesterday. Happy New Years you guys
