Farmers Insurance - Chris Elliott Insurance Agency

Been using Farmers for several years for my home and auto insurance. I recently spoke with Krista and she was incredibly helpful and empathetic to my situation. She went above and beyond looking into what would be best for me.

Today I was again a beneficiary of the most friendly and professional service I could ever hope for from an insurance agency -- so it's time that I share my experience. I spoke with Krista today because Stephani -- who has been my trusted 'insurance guide' for well over a decade -- was helping another client. This was my first exchange with Krista, so I was delighted to find her as attentive, patient and informative as Stephani! Since my family changed to Farmers in 2002 (because of disappointing service from another very reputable insurance company), the local staff have always been eager to help tailor policies to our particular needs and to answer my many questions. Their attention to detail, transparency and integrity are highly valued and much appreciated. When necessary, they've helped expedite auto and property claims (until one too many trees fell from the surrounding forest ... prompting me to move to a treeless home). For the record, I find the Farmers website easy to navigate, but when something isn't clear, I email or call the local team. They're promptly responsive. Obviously, I highly recommend this agency.

Stephani was truly amazing. We own a building built in 1931. The insurance we've had for many, many years dropped us. We had had no claims yet they said they didn't want to insure "old" buildings anymore. This left us in a panic and scrambling and contacting many brokers and agencies. Stephani was practically the only agent to call us back. She was professional and patient. She actually met us at the building, and we were greatly impressed with her knowledge and kindness.
