This is the place you want to go to in these kind of moments, professional, caring and passionate. We were very pleased and thankful for their services and communication is great as well. Lost my dog of 10 years in my family and it hurt but they made it easier with their warm welcome and understanding of the moment in our life. Thank you so much and I wish there was 10 stars to rate. Grateful and Thankful!!! Sadly we lost our 2nd Dog within 3 months of each other. Today's experience was opposite of our last time. We were asked the weight of our dog and I said 100 lbs, so price was given. It's not about the money it's more how it was handled. The demeanor was different and granted it was close to the closing time of the business but that shouldn't play a role in treatment of returning customers. A chance to revisit customer service training, perhaps. I don't like being negative especially on public sites but if I am not truthful how can one change and realize their mistakes and or improve in that area. I am not changing my rating, the business is great just today, we felt rushed and being in a emotional moment, I had to speak on it.

I brought my dog here back in February. The lady was so kind. I really liked that no one tried to pressure me into spending money, as with funeral homes. I had to wait 2 days till I came up with money and she let me know that a paw print may not be possible. It crushed my soul to hand him over but I was sure he would be in good hands. When I picked him up, everything was beautiful and was able to get his paw print for me. It was my first experience with the loss of a pet and am glad I was chose this place, they really made the process easier and stress free.

Words can not fullfill the true Appreciation I feel in my heart for Family Pet Services and all the love they put into what they have done to try and help ease the pain of losing my baby. I have brought 2 of my own here and they never fail to lend a hand from a genuine place of love. Please if you are blessed enough to find this place to help in the transition of losing your pet, do not go any where else because I mean every word when I say here you are in the best hands that you can find. Please help Support the work they do here as I know they are a blessing to many others just as they have been a blessing to me and my fur babies. We lost both of our senior family-dogs on the same day. We opted to bring them to Family Pet Services directly. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this company. They were so respectful, sincere, and compassionate. Everything you would hope to experience on such a somber day and more. Thank you guys for everything you did for my family and for B and Gus. Such a great company.
