My technicians Ruben Razcon and Kevin Escarcega were excellent. They were incredibly professional and provided a very thorough job. 5 stars all the way around!

Ruben and Kevin came to my home to clean the air ducts. From the moment they knocked on our door they were so polite and professional. I was so impressed with their thoroughness and quality of work. I would definitely recommend them to others.

This company has horrible communication. They were scheduled to come out and replace our air conditioning Unit inside and outside on Wednesday at 9 am, they called after 11 to tell me they did not have one of the parts they needed. We rescheduled for Friday at 9 AM. I never heard anything from them until around 2 o’clock when one of the workers came by dropped off the unit in the driveway and said he’d be back after dropping off two other units someplace else never heard anything until 5:40 when someone called to tell me that they needed to reschedule to finish the job that they have not yet even started. They did complete the job on Saturday but left all of the trash, The old outside unit is in my backyard, boxes of trash on the side of my driveway and the indoor unit all sitting on the curb. A trash truck was nice enough to stop this morning and pick up most of it. They did not take the bigger unit that is now sitting in the street. I spoke to someone in their office. She told me she would see what she could do about getting somebody scheduled to come out and pick up the trash. I told her that was unacceptable. She told me that was her best she could do. The technicians themselves were very polite and did complete the job, but the cleanup was absolutely ridiculous. It should never have been left in the first place.. Expecting people to take three days off of work to do a one day job is also unacceptable. Maybe wait until you have all of the parts before you schedule A job and people have to take off work for you not to show. You know what you’re replacing so you know how much trash you’re going to have to remove from the property so you should be prepared. All around unprofessional experience with this company.

Chris was an absolute dream to work with! He was so professional, straightforward, and extremely diligent with the concern. My husband and I rent from Invitation Homes, and he not only advocated for us but also navigated a very difficult dispatch situation that got extremely confusing. Chris expertly understood how to address all the issues and didn't stop until the entire concern was diagnosed. He told us how to advocate for ourselves with Invitation Homes to get what we need to make our home safer, so the same issues don't happen again due to poor construction. He was on time, and he worked extremely hard. We need more workers like Chris to get jobs done! Thank you!

Contracted through Invitation Homes, and they have the worst communication. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Poor after-job clean up. Also they promise things they don't end up doing. Wasted a lot of our time because they couldn't come as scheduled. I'm being generous with 3 stars. They installed a tub and did not take away the old one as promised. They said they would do the tile and drywall but I had to open my own work order to hopefully keep the ball rolling. The last technician used one of our bath towels hanging up to sop up water, and left it on the floor with the rest of the mess he left behind. It's not our fault you overbook your employees so they're late and rushing when they arrive. Very poor management. The photos are the current state of our house because they complete jobs like snails. Jesse said call him if we need anything, so I did and he wouldn't answer the phone. Instead I received a text message the next day. I guess they figure Invitation Homes doesn't care, so why should they. Jesse told me Essential Maintenance would be doing the entire job including plumbing, tile and drywall. Now they are saying they do not open or create work orders. Jesse also said this would be a 2 day job, which ended up taking weeks just to get the tub installed. The plumbing work order was closed, and no one tried to contact me until I posted reviews.
