Recently I had a complicated situation with precise insurance documentation details when buying a new car. I contacted Erick Ellgren's office for two separate issues and BOTH agents I spoke with were outstanding! That was not my experience with the previous company. I most recently spoke with Leimomi Coloretti and she immediately understood the complexity of my policies, reviewed them, researched the solution to my problem while I was on the phone and assured me that my policies would remain in tact. She then walked me through setting up an on-line account so I could manage my policies, make automatic payments, etc. She was professional, patient and knowledgeable. THIS is what customer service should look like! Mahalo Leimomi!
