Denice Nelson of EPB& B has been very helpful. My home insurance disappeared when my insurance company of many years resigned from the house insurance business and it was very difficult to find new insurance even though I have a nice house in a not particularly hazardous location. Denice found a new insurance company for me, and also found another company who could provide me with earthquake insurance which I also wanted. She was helpful and supportive last year when my current insurance company announced not long before my yearly premium was due that I needed to do a number of repairs, easing the process for me as I rushed around trying to get those repairs done in time. EPB&B is a good and reliable company.

Jeanette at EPBB has been the best insurance agent that a small business could hope for. She looks out for the best coverage, responds quickly all year long and talks to us about our coverage, given our very specific line of work. We can tell she cares about us and that makes all the difference. Her service and dedication is top notch. EPBB is lucky to have her and we’re lucky to have her as our insurance agent.

I have worked with Elliot, Powell, Baden & Baker for over 12 years now. Exceptional group of star people! If you want an insurance company that will automatically bid out for you to find the very best rates, this is your company! I wouldn't go anywhere else. I am only paying about $50 a month full coverage for both of my super nice vehicles. Chris Conant and April are eager to answer all of my questions and even meet me at my office if necessary. I will always be one of their clients!

We had a fantastic experience changing our home & auto insurance with Breanna Horton at EP&B. She spotted mistakes PolicyGenius made in our previous policy and found *higher* coverage that will cost us $900 less this year. Outstanding customer service! Very helpful and responsive too! They make insurance easy to understand and less stressful than it normally is. The communication has been wonderful and I feel so well cared for. They put in a lot of work to find me the best rates and coverage that met my specific needs. They are just amazing to work with and I am so happy they are "my people" for all of my insurance needs! I HIGHLY recommend them!
