As a first-time homebuyer, I was a bit unsure which insurer to move forward with and what I really needed to be looking out for. I was lucky enough to be connected with Adrianna, and I can’t say enough about how helpful, transparent, and reassuring she was throughout the entire process. If you’re nervous about making the right choice in an insurance company or agent, don’t be — call Adrianna. I ultimately moved all of my insurance policies to State Farm largely because of her. Highly recommend!

This particular agent was professional and helpful. A couple of years ago when I switched cars, I had to talk to the other female agents who were very rude and drastically increased my car insurance with no reason. At that time I had received a car through a nonprofit group since I can’t afford to purchase a car and I have an excellent driving record, no accidents, etc. but for some reason, they took me off comprehensive insurance and raised the liability insurance so high I could Hardly afford it. Anyway, that was very stressful and I never got an explanation as to why I was being penalized for switching cars and I’ve been a very very long time Customer with State Farm.

She was incredibly sweet, patient, answered all of my questions, and even stayed on the phone with me while I dealt with technical issues. She made sure everything was transferred smoothly from my previous agent. Highly recommend!
