Chad came out for our plumbing issue with our showers not getting hot. Once I described the issue he knew exactly what to do to fix it. He fixed it very quickly. He was very polite and professional. I will definitely use this service again!

Guillermo Lacasa arrived around 4:45 today, Saturday to address an emergency water leak. My main water line source from well broke off one foot from the water pump in my basement gushing water for 10 minutes before being switched off at circuit breaker! By the time he arrived water had been shop vacd up and was drying out via dehumidifier. Since ‘break’ was a 3/4” PVC pipe connected to a metal/brass fitting at pump, it sheared off cleanly with PVC threading still in metal piece. It took him awhile, close to one hour, to literally burn it out by melting/softening and pulling. It finally broke loose and Guillermo took no time at that point to make Pex connections and rethread fittings. He was cordial and professional throughout his work, explaining his process and procedures along the way. Once finished, the well was turned back on at breaker box and everything worked fine! I felt the quote for the work was high, but considering it was “after hours” and the weekend, as well as the dire situation I was in, I gladly payed the fee with the peace of mind it would be done right, and by a professional rather than me trying to labor through it. They consistently showed up on time and completed the work to a high standard. They even waited and worked directly with the inspector to resolve any permit-related concerns. Harley and Spencer were courteous, professional, and very responsive to my needs. At the final stage, the manager addressed all remaining troubleshooting and walked through everything with me to ensure the work was completed perfectly. It’s rare to find professionals who are this responsible and genuinely care about their customers. I highly recommend this company for any large project and would not hesitate to work with them again.
