The staff (family) at Dixon Insurance & Interstate Truck Licensing is ALWAYS there for us. They are friendly, knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely care! We are not just a number to them. If you are in the trucking industry, I highly recommend using this family based company for your insurance and compliance needs!!!

The team at Dixon Insurance is hands down the best in the business. We have been customers for more than 10 years. No troubles, always have our information correct and up to date. Easy to work with, and very helpful and responsive to our questions. There is no other group that I would trust with our insurance needs. 10 out of 10 every time.

So Audra was great but the compliance side was not so much. They (Stacie) from interstate truck license calls from Dixons phone number and tells you your drivers are not covered unless you send them this, that and the other thing. Then calls the drivers to scare them also by saying they are not covered until this and that. Sounds legit because they are calling from Dixon phone. Meanwhile she’s charging you for everything you send her to tuck away in a file that you already have tucked away in a file. So when she sends a bill you’re wondering why she’s charging you for everything you already had. Guess by scaring you into thinking you need to have them file everything for your drivers to be covered is their tactic to make money. Then get mad when you call them out on it. Not the right way to do business. Trucking is getting more expensive everyday and rates seem to keep dropping. We don’t need these scammers trying to scare us into using them to have our drivers insured. Would not recommend Dixon or Interstate for anything.
