Anthony came out because we had a huge clog in the main line. Very professional, informative and did a great job! Water is running normal throughout the house! They were able to take care of it within 24 hours! Highly recommended!

Had a led waste pipe leaking. Called about noon. Sam Drake was able to come out around 2:30 and replaced the pipe and secured out toilet. We’ll definitely use again! Update: Jesus came out and tuned up the furnace. Super professional and approachable.

I gotta say thank you, to Anthony, for coming out, on short notice, on a busy Friday, and he made quick, efficient work out of opening a main line blockage. He was polite, expedient, and efficient. I would recommend him to anyone else who is facing a similar situation. I would recommend Anthony AND/OR J.R. Both gentlemen have been super helpful, when getting situations resolved urgently matters. Thanks again, fellas!

Sam was very professional and treated me with kindness. He repaired the leakage and explained to me how to turn water source on and off if need be. He let know that this time of year the faucets outside did not need water source on. He made sure the water for faucet were outside was turned off.

Big Shout Out and Thanks to Kurt for servicing and cleaning the the AC UNIT..Did a wonderful job of restoring the US to an COLD setting because we were very hot! 🥵 David came out and replaced the cap to the main stack after it was leaking..the company did not question anything and sent technician out right away he resolved the leak and was very kind! Everyone at Dick Ray Family has been Great! Will update after all major work has been completed
