I had a bit of a unique situation and was having a very hard time finding car insurance. After a 20 minute call, Jim was able to find me a great policy that was actually cheaper than I'd been paying before. I'll never waste my time on insurance company websites again.

I am a recent implant to Denver and was looking for a new auto insurance coverage and I knew that I wanted a local Denver agent ideally. I Google searched and discovered Denver Insurance LLC, then I met Jim Parra and the rest is history. We had a great first call to review and discuss my needs and Jim was prompt in providing a few quotes for my consideration and they were very competitive too. It was less than 24 hours and I was convinced that there was no need to look any further. ***PROCEED WITH CAUTION*** Paul seemed ok over the phone at first.. I gave him all of my family's sensitive driver/auto insurance and he quoted what seemed to be a good price.. When it came time to finalize quote he was very difficult to get ahold of. When he finally did respond he insisted the next step would be to pay over the phone through him but I just did not feel comfortable handing over a 6 month premium 2k + and my personal credit card info to someone that will not meet me in person. I insisted in meeting so I showed up to his downtown shared office space to find out he was working from home on a Tuesday during BUSINESS HOURS. The more frustrating part of it is I finally get my phone call answered that he will pass on covering my family.... WHY go through and spend both our time and energy in getting a quote put together only to PASS on closing the deal because I want to meet in person first... Just very STRANGE interaction. I have plenty of emails and phone call logs to prove everything said in this post. ***COULD BE A SCAMMER with a phony website w lots of fake reviews PROCEED WITH CAUTION *** ---------- 05/22 UPDATE: Thx for your response Paul- Paul is correct I did no call no show and that was my own fault, i can admit that... This was an appt made on a Friday and it completely fell between the cracks. I apologize for that. However, I agree I don't think this will be a good fit for either of us. I have worked with a different broker (just lost phone w his number) and have had a completely different experience. Thanks for explaining now your reasoning why you were pushing me to go to insurance provider directly. Overall, still confused why you couldn't have communicated that to me before - before making me think about other motives why you hesitated from meeting with me last week and only way to work with you was to pay you over the phone. P.S. Your business does have a private door inside a 'shared office space'.. see new photos.. moving on from this. Wish you the best.
