I was recommended to Dan by my brother in law who has done business with him for years, and I now understand WHY ! I'm 73 years old and have dealt with numerous agents in my lifetime but, NEVER have I ever experienced the "hands on" personal service that Dan has given me. He took the time to call me and spent several minutes to go over my coverages on my home, car, and other personal property to make sure that I had the proper coverage. Dan NEVER tried overselling me like many agents have done in my past. He went over the entire policies in detail and explained each item in order to make sure that I understood it and actually SAVED me money in the process. I cannot recommend The Dan Carlisle Agency strong enough to everyone. I have learned to trust Dan, knowing that he is looking out for me and my family. Ms, Wilson was so knowledgeable and easy to speak with. I am aware of my coverage and can explain it to others because she did such a great job explaining to me. Also, the saving on my auto and home owners insurance was unbelievable. Thanks again

what a great experience with a an insurance agent. Dan has walked us through all of the complexities of the current insurance market. We were prepared to shop our auto homeowners and umbrella policies with other companies, but after spending over an hour with Dan understanding what all is happening in the market we found that Allstate was again the best source for us. I appreciated his professionalism, his patience and most of all his candor. He walked through every step of the process and made recommendations, but allowed us to make the decisions. We ended up saving money, understanding our needs better and finding some loopholes that we were able to cover and still save money. Thank you, Dan for excellent professional Service and great advice.
