I was very satisfied with my service from drop-off to pick-up! Razz was awesome to keep me informed on my collision repair status every week. My truck was repaired like-new! And the final detailing was amazing! (Didn’t expect that.) This was my first collision and repair but it couldn’t have went more smoothly… or less stressful! So very satisfied with the whole process!

I was very impressed with Dallas Collision. I was kept aware of progress all the way along this process. Raz and Petra were very easy to work with and helpful whenever I needed anything! My car was finished before the estimated time required and my car was cleaned inside and out as though it had been detailed throughout!! This was the exclamation at the end of my experience! The service was the most outstanding I have ever experienced from a car repair facility especially one that is collision repair company. I received weekly updates without fail and they delivered results on time exactly as promised and the whole repair was fast. Quality of the repair was factory spec perfect. Dallas Collision Center managed the repair of our 2025 Audi RS 6 Avant Performance over the last few months. Everybody was outstanding. We could not have asked for a better experience. John Love oversaw everything from start to finish. He was professional, utterly competent, communicative, friendly and customer-focused. He went above and beyond what I would have expected in many ways. For example, he always responded to emails or calls within one business day, in most cases the same day. He kept in constant communication as he worked with our insurance company to get repairs approved and parts ordered, the vast majority of them specialized bits from Germany that weren't stocked in the U.S. He saved us a substantial amount of money by working with the artists (that's the right word, no doubt about it) doing the repairs and paintwork to avoid removing and re-applying the paint protection film on the hood. He also kindly coordinated with the local XPEL shop to arrange for them to come out and reapply PPF when the car was done. And at my request, when everything was finished he took the car out for a thorough test drive to ensure there were no squeaks, rattles, groans or moans. There were none. The car was delivered perfectly. We picked the vehicle up a couple days ago. We could not be happier with the quality of the work. The paint was blended and matched perfectly, and the finish is smooth and glossy with no orange peel. And the panel gaps and fitment are as good or better -- mostly better -- than they were from the factory. We cannot recommend Dallas Collision Center and John Love enough. They made an expensive and time-consuming situation as pleasant as it could possibly have been. Do not hesitate to bring your vehicle to them.

Thank You ladies.( Weekend People) My Fiancee and I stopped in Here because they were recommended online as being one of the best places to have estimates and work done on your vehicle. So I had an estimate done for my 2016 GMC Canyon, The young lady that assisted me as well as the young lady behind the reception desk. were both very polite and friendly. They offered us coffee or water while we waited, the walk around was done quickly and efficiently. I explained what had occurred and what I hoped to get repaired. payments. Etc. The whole process probably took about 10 minutes. So I was very happy with my experience at this location. And the employees were great. So Again Thank You I hope to get the work done soon.
