I’ve worked with Gretchen for a health insurance broker, but have called and gotten to work with Mark and a few others - they are great to work with and I feel very heard with any of my concerns! Mark has followed up ensuring that if someone wasn’t available there are plenty of people to help, so I have always felt like I could get help even without appt with my assigned person! Thank you for all you do!

Jim helped my wife and me navigate a complex transition to new carriers, and the experience could not have been smoother. His knowledge, professionalism, and patience were evident from start to finish. We felt completely taken care of every step of the way. I cannot recommend Jim O. and the entire Crosstown team highly enough-they are truly exceptional at what they do.

Feeling overwhelmed by health insurance, especially Medicare Advantage options? I was too. I found Crosstown Insurance online and, despite being nervous after the recent UCARE chaos, I booked an appointment to help my elderly parent choose the right plan. Kendra was incredibly competent, kind, and patient. No hard sell, just thoughtful questions to understand my parent’s needs and guide us to the best option. Gretchen Sanna has been a lifesaver for my wife and I as we navigated the complex waters of selecting a Medicare health insurance plan in the middle of our age-65 retirements, a recent move to MN from MI, cancer treatment, and more. She is highly experienced as a health insurance agent (including prior work herself in claims at a health insurance company,) a prompt, clear, and efficient communicator, friendly, patient, and unhurried in our Zoom calls, phone calls, and emails. Best of all she has been kind, calm, and reassuring through all stages of signing up for a Medicare Advantage plan, actually using the plan, and troubleshooting a few difficulties along the way. We highly recommend Gretchen and Crosstown Insurance for anyone's health insurance advising, esp. the selection of Medicare plans, and follow up support. A true gem.
