All I can say is that they were all professional, did everything the way it needed to be done. They were on point and didn’t take any longer to provide an estimate or for State Farm to get back to me. The person who did my estimate is such an awesome Employee and listened to everything that I asked for. The front desk Mini, she is the sweetest of them all and very professional, also welcoming. I highly recommend that anyone who has to deal with your car to go see them. Thank you for your help. 11/10!!!

My experience was not good. The car now rattles, so I am worried something was not fixed properly. Additionally, there is paint damage on the right side, the side that was affected. You would think this would have been part of the repair. finally, the service was poor. I was told to come get the car, and it was a long distance drive for me to do so. I had to have a rental car, which I returned. Upon getting to crash champions, I was told the car was not ready after all. They told me they would rent me a car and “cover“ the expenses. My car was ready a week later, and then the rental car company kept calling me because crash champions would not give them the correct information in order to pay for the car. Their manager explicitly avoided calls from the rental car company, and I was charged the entirety of the rental car cost. I would avoid this place if possible.

Josh turned my experience around tremendously! I wasn’t happy in the beginning, but once Josh took over the process, it improved a lot! He answered my questions with empathy completely understanding my frustration. When I got my car back, it looked better than before. Ms. Minnie is also a sweetheart. I like her communication and urgency to handle my questions.

had a great experience getting my car repaired here. brent was extremely knowledgeable about what my vehicle repairs would entail and was thorough in making sure i also understood. he had great communication keeping me updated on my repairs status and ultimately did a wonderful job on my car. it came back perfect and it was done super fast. the location also works with local car rental companies which was very convenient. i hope i don’t have to use them again soon but if i did, i know it would be a smooth process.

I've used this location several times in the last 5 years (unfortunate that I've needed them, but fortunate that they exist). Every time, they have been fast, dependable, and do impeccable work. My car always comes out looking brand new again. Shout out to Brent for being kind and knowledgeable. He always takes care of me and my vehicle with such professionalism, I will always come back to them when needed. I wouldn't trust anyone else.
