Cozy Cat Resort

Cozy cat staff was awesome! We had a water leak disaster at home, and they were able to quickly get my girl Jaia into a nice townhouse. I like that they have limited blocks of open time, so the cats can relax. She was super timid during her stay there, but it seems to have broken her out of her scaredy-cat shell. Now she is much more brave around people, and is no longer terrified of my toddler grandchildren. It gave me peace of mind, knowing Jaia was safe at Cozy Cat. I will definitely book her again!

I had never boarded my cat before so I was anxious to do so, but the team at the Cozy Cat Resort were wonderful. They played with him and helped ease him out of his shell. He was anxious upon arriving, so they gave him treats to encourage him to eat. Plus, they have cameras you can pay just $3 for to watch and even speak to your cat while you're away. The space is genuinely cozy and cute and you can tell they care about the cats there. Next time I have to board my cat, I will definitely be bringing him here. Thank you!

Twinkie was made to feel very welcome to the Cozy Cat Resort and she enjoyed a very nice stay for a few days recently in a Luxury Suite with 24/7 video accessibility. The staff members were very cat-centric (as advertised) and we felt welcome too! Staff members were very patient with our questions as this was also Twinkie's first time ever being boarded. We needn't have worried at all! The texts, photos and videos to keep us updated were super to receive! We highly recommend the Cozy Cat Resort and happily will place Twinkie there again when traveling in the future! Thank you all! 👍🏻😻❤️

As a first time cat parent, this was our first time boarding experience for us. It was beyond our expectations (while friends urged us to check out another business that catered to dog boarding and had just launched a new cat facility). We wanted a cats-only facility that knew cats. Prior to making our cat’s first reservation, they even let us drop in to scope out the facility and get a brief tour. We felt all the pangs and nerves of boarding our cat like dropping our kids off at their first sleep away camp way back when. But the staff, like Kali, Natalie and Krista, were all kind and caring to our cat and put our minds to rest. The daily photo updates were so valuable to us. We’ll be back!

We have a senior cat and have struggled over the years to find a business or person that would give our little princess the love and attention that we do. Cozy Cat has a wonderful facility. Clean! Friendly! Relaxed! Professional! Thank you for being exactly as advertised. They don't force the felines to do anything they are uncomfortable with and yet spend time with each one giving them gentle opportunities to become more confident and comfortable in their temporary home away from home. We received daily communication with detailed reports about food and water intake, litter use and mental state. Included were several pictures of our little lady so that we could judge her well being ourselves since we know her "looks" the best. They were quick to respond to any questions we had or suggestions for her care. All staff members seemed genuinely happy to be involved in their jobs. Both kitty and human family were anxiety free.
