Update to my earlier review (below)- I have never been so sure that my insurance company took care of details. Becky Carson is on top of my insurance coverage - car, home and liability umbrella policy. She follows up on everything and I am so comfortable about having my insurance with Covenant because of her. From a year earlier: Friends told me that Becky Carson was an agent who would follow through, and she certainly did a wonderful job of helping us find all the coverage we needed. We are very pleased with Becky and with Covenant Insurance Group.

It is so refreshing to receive important information, on multiple platforms, that is easy to understand and allows me to be confident the coverage is complete and appropriate. Communication and contacting the group for guidance, coverage concerns, or general questions has been very expedient and I am always able to speak to a person. My experience with this agency has been great I have been dealing with Nina for years and she's always come through for me and my family. I recommend her to anyone that ask me who I have insurance with. It's not who I have insurance with. It's who my representative is which is Mrs. Nina so I will be staying with them as long as I can. She does the best job and she is the best. Please keep up the good work.😊
