If you need work done in Charleston, this is the place to go. Gray & Adam are great. Very transparent and no BS upselling or anything like that. They truly just want to work with you to get the job done as effectively as possible within your budget. They even cleaned my car after they did the repairs! 10/10

Literally don’t go anywhere else in your lifetime. I was stressed when I got into a car accident and had an issue with my bumper. They did a great job fixing it to look brand new for a good price and they pre painted the bumper so all I had to do was stop by to put it back on. Another place quoted me that my car would be in the shop for a week but Adam maximized time so I would only have to wait less than an hour. As a nightshift nurse I appreciated him working around my schedule.

I went to Compass Collision for a repair quote and was promptly taken care of. Adam was very professional and thorough in the estimate process and even helped me adjust the damaged body panel to allow my tailgate to close properly. I ended up not doing the repair as the vehicle was going to be worth less even with the repair work but I will be using compass if I ever need a professional body shop in the future for any work. Truly a boutique collision repair shop! I’ve never had this level of communication when having any collision repairs done. I wrecked my car a few weeks after buying it and was so upset. Adam was SO helpful walking me through the process and working with State Farm and all their insane requirements. Adam came highly recommended from a BMW shop I trust, so it was a no-brainer and from our first interaction his communication and professionalism confirmed id made the right choice. During the whole process I heard from him often about next steps and scheduling. There were issues all over my hood, sensors, front and side panels, lights and grills. The repair was perfect - the tolerances were absolutely right at every place- which is so hard to do! I even got progress pictures while the work was being done! He turned what had been a very upsetting event into a great experience for repair, and I swear my car looks better now than it did before my wreck! The shop is also beautifully maintained, which added to my level of confidence with the work that would be done on my car. I feel fortunate I found Adam to help me and will absolutely be recommending him very highly!

I had two damaged areas on my vehicle and did tons of googling trying to find the best shop to do the repairs. After seeing all of Adam’s great reviews, I decided to go with Compass Collision and I’m so glad I did. Adam was great about communicating throughout the process and keeping me updated every step of the way, especially since this was my first time ever filing an insurance claim. I picked up my car this morning and it looks brand new. He even washed it for me. You can’t tell in the slightest where the damage was. I’m so happy with the quality of work performed and I definitely recommend Compass Collision- you won’t be disappointed!
