my dog's surgery was only $300 verses two other veterinarian offices who wanted 1200. they even gave me free blood testing, flea and tick and medicine after surgery. always nice always pleasant. probably the most affordable place in Columbus. downside is it's very difficult to tell when walk-in days are I've been there twice and been turned away because it was some special surgery day or whatever and it's not like you can call them and ask them can I come in today because they don't really answer the phone

An appointment is required. It's impossible to schedule an appointment. When you call the number goes to vm. There's a message that says we don't monitor this vm for scheduling purposes. Please send us an email for scheduling. I've been waiting for over two hours for a email response. I drove 25 mins and did a walk in. When I arrived we don't do walk-ins mon-thurs. They didn't mention we do walk-ins only on Friday's. I got a flyer from a different place that listed Columbus Humane Essential as walk-ins are Friday's only. The rep did give me list of other places I could go to in the columbus area.

Great experience. The veterinarian took time to explain her diagnosis of my kitty and make recommendations for him. Plenty of parking. Minimal wait time. My only concern was the waiting area not separating very large dogs from nervous felines.

First time experience with them and I can't say one bad thing! Top notch organization. Had a new addition to our family neutered and immunized with a couple other add-ons. Super friendly, super easy to schedule with. Every visit including follow-ups was on time and the staff always seem to go above and beyond answer my questions and care for my pet. Switching all my animals over from Banfield with PetSmart. (Staff at Banfield is nice but prices are unreasonable and always way outside what I can afford).

My sweet angel has extreme social anxiety and the staff was more then helpful. They got us into a room immediately and even let me go with him into the back to sit with him for a little bit before surgery. The staff also helped me carry my baby to my car when I picked him up. I also had a cat spayed here and the process and recovery all went great! The only thing I can tell that needs work is the process of scheduling, it is pretty confusing and appointments seen hard to come by but when you see how many wonderful pets they help everyday I would rather go here then anywhere else ❤️
