The Animal Foundation is a phenomenal experience. We attended a fee-waived dog adoption event and brought home a sweet baby. I did a meet and greet with another potential and he was pretty beautiful, too! The facility is beautiful! Cst condos, dog bungalows, exotic pets - their process is smooth and we even received a crate that was donated for the new member of our family.

We adopted our Shiloh 13 years ago through the animal foundation. We sadly had to put him down last week. He was the family dog so it was hard for all of us to see him go especially my parents. We scheduled the appointment online which was convenient and simple. Once we arrived there was an area that had a small couch they reserve with a sign that said to keep voices down since a family is losing a loved one. The technicians who took Shiloh were sympathetic and explained the process to us. Afterwards they took us to the room where it happened and Shiloh was there on the table covered. The room had warm dim lights, I believe some soft ambient music playing overall a peaceful setting. The technicians said to take as much time as we need, they even printed out pictures of him when we first adopted him. They thanked us for adopting through them and glad Shiloh had a great life to the very end. It's was a tough day for us and we will forever miss our good boy Shiloh. Thank you to the people at the animal foundation who help families through this process.

This was the best ran and we'll kept facility I have been to. The staff was great. Very clean. All the stalls had a bed, clean water, food, and a toy or two. We decided to adopt Apollo. He is a five year old Irish Wolfhound. He understands basic commands, is house broken and is great addition to the family. He is a bit under weight but hopefully we can get that under control. Our five year old Golden Doodle and Appollo have been getting along well.

Have you ever walked into an undesirable unkempt shelter. One where the sanitation was questioned. It most likely hinders your desire for adoption. As no animal should begin a new life with a newly adopted family. While still healing from the traumatic experience of previous harsh living conditions. This animal shelter, which was founded in 1978, is now based on the fundamentals of Sanitation sanctuary. A refined pet bungalow bunker with plenty of volunteer and staff accommodations .Nowadays, the foundation focuses on their doggy day match program. Rather than lengthy background checks, animal foundation priorities short-term dates. A concept that values the pet owner connection over rushed processed adoptions.

Great experience. Clean environment and list of information to help you navigate throughout the building. Staff was helpful and ready to assist, however the front desk in the center of the building when you walk in, he was shy or didn’t want to help. Besides that part excellent service and many animals to adopt, foster and more. Parking is free and accessible.
