Came here after getting rear-ended, and Shannon (the body shop manager) immediately eased all of my anxieties about the repair process. She was kind, helpful, and professional throughout the entire experience! I’m very impressed with the quality of the repair work—the car looks brand new again. I hope I don’t need to return, but if I do, I know I’ll be in good hands.

I chose this shop after doing extensive research because of the great reviews and their emphasis on clear communication. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. While the quality of the repair itself was good and the final result looks great, the communication throughout the process was EXTREMELY poor which ultimately caused major confusion with both insurance and my rental car. When I arrived to pick it up after being told the day before that it was ready, the staff seemed surprised and were still trying to figure out the status of my vehicle. I eventually had to insist on taking my car as it was just to be done with the situation. There was a noticeable lack of organization, and I found myself going back and forth between multiple parties just to get basic answers. I understand there were challenges due to the winter storm and power outage, but inaccurate information and poor communication made this process far more stressful than it needed to be. The repair work itself was solid, but the customer service and communication fell far short of what I expected. Can’t say I’d recommend.

They took the time to explain the whole process clearly and kept me updated the entire way. The repair was done faster than I expected, and the quality is amazing! You can tell they really care about their customers. Highly recommend this 5-star team!

Ran into some bad luck when I first moved to Nashville. Needed a collision center to help with some repairs on my car and Collision Center did just that. Jesse was professional, communicative, and prompt in helping me! Even when there were some miscommunications with insurance, Jesse went out of his way to ensure I had a rental car to use while repairs took longer than expected. Highly recommend this place!

A kid backed into my brand new 2025 Elantra and ripped off the entire bumper after I made my first payment. I brought it here for repairs, and they made it look new again! Jesse and Hector were super easy to work with and answered all my questions, and my car looks amazing. While I hope I don't ever have a reason to go back again, I will always use them when I need to and recommend them to everyone who needs a collision shop!
