Brian does at least make phone calls to his customers to explain their side, but I will not use again or recommend this company. What was billed and what I was told by the tech would be billed was not the same. Ultimately, the answer I got was that the tech was new and probably didn't explain it well. The tech literally said the words "I spoke with my manager and there's no charge for today". I paid my bill because I won't be accused of not doing what I said I would do when I booked the appointment. Can't say the same for the company.

excellent customer service. My new furnace and water heater were installed and work perfectly. The guys were professional and courteous from beginning to end. Follow up quality check and clean up. Very good experience. Would highly recommend.

Mike was a very pleasant young man who was able to find the issue regarding my sparatic water leaks in my dinning room and upstairs bedroom walk in closet. Due to the structure of my attic where the AC unit is, I was told it's highly recommended that I have a humidifier installed because the attic is encapsulated with lots of heat that has no were to go so the moisture builds up and releases water through the two areas listed above. I was told this issue is not covered by my 2-10 warranty so it would be out of pocket but would like to know what your charge would be and not sure once I get a price for the dehumidifier and labor woild cost. I'm afraid mold will or could already be lurking. This is where I thank Mike for his findings in this matter. Also, if your price is affordable (I pray) I would preferably want Mike if possible to install if this comes to fruition. Thank you in this matter.

Mike did a great job replacing a part for us. It was a long task but he kept us informed all the way. We've had other Tech's from Climatemakes who were also knowledgeable and thorough. Want to also give a shout out to the office staff - they are totally on top of scheduling!
