I chose Cleo Meyer’s agency since I moved south from Pennsylvania. She and her supporting staff have always been very responsive to my requests. I’ve since moved into the suburbs, but I kept the agency because they have given me confidence that they’ll handle my business competently and quickly. I have recommended this agency to coworkers.

The staff at Cleo Meyer’s State Farm office have all been great to work with. Zoie, in particular, was incredibly helpful recently when we were going through some changes and had a lot of questions. Zoie took time to listen and understand before responding. We found her responses to be thorough and professional. Zoie walked us through making a few changes to our policies so that our coverages better reflect our needs at this stage of our lives. Thank you, Zoie, and all of the other great folks at Cleo Meyer’s office! We appreciate how easy it has been to work with you.

I can’t say enough great things about Cleo Meyer and her team at State Farm! Zoie Smith was incredibly helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all my questions, explain my coverage options clearly, and made everything feel simple and stress-free. It’s so refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about their clients and goes the extra mile. Jenny is truly an exceptional insurance agent. Even over the phone, she took the time to personally walk me through every detail of my policy and made sure I fully understood my coverage. She didn’t rush the conversation at all and genuinely cared about setting me up with protection that will benefit me in the long run. It’s rare to find someone who is both knowledgeable and truly invested in her clients’ well-being, especially in a phone interaction, but Jenny went above and beyond. Her professionalism, patience, and dedication really stood out. She’s a huge asset to her company and honestly deserves a raise for the level of care she provides!
