Can’t say enough great things about working with this group. My mother passed leaving behind a messy estate including 3 properties insured by Clay & Land. Jesse and Jean were nothing but kind, professional and prompt in assisting me through many changes. The rates are absolutely competitive. Having dealt with a dozen companies this year, C&L was absolutely among the best customer service experiences ever.

I want to commend Ashley Callaway for her outstanding support in assisting me with my home insurance contract. Her dedication and proactive approach in navigating the underwriter’s concerns about the branch trees overhanging the roof of my house were exceptional. Thanks to her efforts, the insurance was approved, ensuring my peace of mind. Her professionalism and commitment to finding solutions truly embody the values of Clay & Land Insurance.

My first experience with this company, certainly won’t be my last. Christy Janes was outstanding. I can say with zero hesitation if you have health care insurance needs prior to or after 65 you should call. She won me with both her quick service/response to my first VM inquiry to my in person meeting today to culminate the application process. She answered all my questions and made me aware of those that I did not ask.
