Had the pleasure of meeting Mike yesterday. We had an issue that suddenly developed in our basement and were able to get an appointment same day. Mike answered our questions, quickly identified the issue and made was able to completely resolve the situation. A great experience all around. Thanks again! Highly recommended!!

City plumbing was excellent. They installed a combi-boiler at my rental and fixed and then correctly vented a tankless water heater in my home while fixing a gas leak. Kaiser and Eric were fast and courteous and did an incredible job. I would definitely use them again.

The pipes underneath my sink finally gave out. I called City Plumbing and Mike came out the next day. Mike not only replaced the broken pipe, he also installed a new drain for the sink. He did it under an hour and at a reasonable price. The whole process was really easy.

City Plumbing exceeded our expectations in every way. Our hot water heater failed around 10:00 PM, creating an emergency situation here in Tampa. As an above-the-knee amputee, I cannot safely go without hot water, so this was critical—not just an inconvenience. I called City Plumbing and Ian returned my call within 30 minutes. He was professional, calm, and extremely knowledgeable. He clearly explained the issue and the solution with no pressure and no upselling—just honest guidance. Ian arrived first thing the next morning with his team and a new hot water heater, and by 10:00 AM—less than 12 hours after my call—we had hot water fully restored. There were no emergency fees, no surprise charges, and the final cost was exactly what he quoted, which was very reasonable. They even completed some additional work at a discounted rate since they were already onsite. The installation was efficient, clean, and done right the first time. If you need a reliable plumber or emergency water heater replacement in Tampa, City Plumbing is the company to call—ask for Ian. Highest possible recommendation.
