I WISH JOHN WASN’T MY URGENT CARE VET! Cause I maybe we could be friends. Great guy! Very intellectual, but personable. Took great care of my boy Riley (Black Lab) with HOD. Left a great impression for me. Highly recommend. Explained the need for every medication, X-ray, etc. 10% military discount on services. Wish I didn’t have to go there, nor wish to go back. But John and the two staff I met made it the best it could of been!

What a wonderful clinic in our community. The staff and medical team is exceptional. Walk in service, professional in every way, staff is so accommodating and there is a sense that you have done the very best for your pet through these providers. It's obvious they care! Felix and family are very happy!

Brought a fur baby there because I’ll regular vet was closed that day. They were absolutely excellent!! Saw our dog promptly and only did the necessary testing to diagnose him. He had a scratch on his eye and Dr. McFadden showed both of us the scratch and talked to us for a while about what we needed to do. He and Lauren were the most friendly and genuine people. Will hopefully not need to, but 12/10 would come back.

Although we had to visit this facility under devastating circumstances, I cannot express in words the difference that this staff made in our saddening experience. Dr. McFadden was very informative, comforting, and answered our 1,000 questions without hesitation. Mary was so kind when greeting us, & making finalizations and Lauren made sure everything else in between went smoothly. You can genuinely feel the compassion amongst the staff and we couldn’t have been more grateful as we needed it most in those moments. We are grieving our girl but will forever remember sweet Sophie, and wouldn’t have wanted her last moments to be in the hands of anyone else.

Thank you! We almost lost this little girl 5 months ago. But the vets and staff here made sure that didn’t happen! They helped us find an emergency for an urgent surgery that saved her life! They went above and beyond! She’s back to 100%!
